The website Actioil.com is managed by Actioil France SAS ("Actioil"). Actioil, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 953 316 015, has its head office located at 18, rue de la Fonderie, 67000 Strasbourg. The company specializes in the sale of fuel additives.

2. Purpose

These General Terms of Use define the terms and conditions of access and use of the website Actioil.com and the associated services. Any use of the website or order placed on it implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms of Use.

3. Access and Usage Conditions

Access to the online store includes the ability to create a user account. By accepting cookies when accessing the site, the user acknowledges that their geolocation may be used to display the most appropriate version of the site. 5. Actioil's Obligations

Actioil undertakes to provide functional access to the site and to host the data collected during the creation of a user account. These obligations constitute a best-efforts obligation.

6. Account Management

Actioil reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or delete a user account in case of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use, fraud, or inactivity for a period exceeding 365 days. Any action taken does not exclude the possibility of claiming damages for any harm suffered.

7. Products

Actioil offers various fuel additives for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site. Descriptions and photos are indicative and may be modified without prior notice.

8. Orders

To place an order, the user selects the desired products and adds them to their cart. They must provide accurate information for billing and delivery. The order is validated once payment is confirmed.

9. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes. Actioil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with applicable prices being those in effect at the time of the order.

10. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method mentioned on the site. Payment security is ensured by Stripe.

11. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the user. Delivery times are given for informational purposes and may vary depending on product availability or the chosen delivery method.

12. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the user has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.

13. Liability

Actioil cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or products. The user is solely responsible for selecting products based on their needs and for any damages caused by improper use.

14. Warranties

14.1. Legal Conformity Guarantee

Actioil undertakes to deliver a product that complies with the contract and is free from conformity defects at the time of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

To comply with the contract, the product must:

• Match the description provided and have the qualities presented;
• Be suitable for the usual use of a similar item;
• Have the qualities defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for a specific use sought by the user and brought to the Seller's attention.

In the event of a conformity defect, the user has two years from the delivery date to act. The user may choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided in Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code.

14.2. Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, Actioil is also liable for hidden defects in the product sold that render it unfit for its intended use or diminish its use to such an extent that the user would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price if they had known about them.

The user has two years from discovering the defect to act. In the event of a proven hidden defect, the user may choose between canceling the sale or a price reduction in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

Return costs related to a claim under legal guarantees will be covered by Actioil.

15. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Actioil.com site (texts, images, logos, graphics) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Actioil is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The information collected is necessary for managing orders and can be accessed or modified by the user upon request.
